If for some reason you receive the item you purchased and it wasn't exactly what you expected, we are happy to allow a return for store credit OR a refund to your original form of payment. 

If you choose store credit, you are only responsible for initial shipping charges which will be deducted from the store credit amount. 

If you choose a refund to your original form of payment, you are responsible for initial shipping charges and a 3% restocking fee, both of which will be deducted from the refund amount. This restocking fee is to cover credit card charges incurred at the initial time of purchase. 

Returns must be initiated on the site within 3 days of being delivered to you. Once you start the process, a return label will be emailed to you along with directions on how to ship the rug. The rug must arrive back to us within 10 days of when we created and sent the label.

In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the original condition in which you received it.

Items marked final sale on the product listing are not eligible for a return.

Only orders placed within the United States are eligible for a return.
