How does your pricing work?
We have created a personal international relationship with our supplier in Turkey which allows us to source pieces at the most competitive prices. However, if you see a rug on our site that you love but is over your budget, feel free to reach out and make an offer!
Do you offer designer discounts?
We love working with interior designers and are happy to offer a generous 20% off discount. Contact us to inquire and we will provide you with a discount code prior to your purchase.
Is shipping included?
Shipping will always be free in the continental US. International shipping is a flat rate of $100. The customer is responsible for any customs fees.

If for some reason you receive the item you purchased and it wasn't exactly what you expected, we are happy to allow a return for store credit OR a refund to your original form of payment.
If you choose store credit, you are only responsible for initial shipping charges which will be deducted from the store credit amount.
If you choose a refund to your original form of payment, you are responsible for initial shipping charges and a 3% restocking fee, both of which will be deducted from the refund amount. This restocking fee is to cover credit card charges incurred at the initial time of purchase.
Returns must be initiated on the site within 3 days of being delivered to you. Once you start the process, a return label will be emailed to you along with directions on how to ship the rug. The rug must arrive back to us within 10 days of when we created and sent the label.
In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the original condition in which you received it.
Items marked final sale on the product listing are not eligible for a return.
Only orders placed within the United States are eligible for a return.

How quickly will I receive my rug?
All items will be shipped out within 1-2 business days after your order - guaranteed! All rugs purchased on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be shipped first thing on Monday. We typically ship through UPS or USPS which on average delivers within 3-5 business days in the continental US. We do not require a signature upon arrival. Contact us before purchasing to request this service.
Do you edit your rug photos?
All product photos on the website are taken with the best natural light possible. Photos posted on Instagram are edited, so always make sure you view the product photos on the website for true-to-life colors. Depending on the lighting in your home and the device you are using, the colors of our rugs may look slightly different in person. If you are ever hesitant, please reach out and we will assist your purchase with additional photos or videos.
What is the best cleaning process?
All of our rugs are professionally cleaned by our supplier before we receive them. For cleaning at home, we recommend vacuuming the top of the rug on a weekly basis, without the use of a beater bar. We also suggest vacuuming the backside of your rug on a monthly basis. If you experience any spills, you can easily spot clean your rug with warm water, and a few drops of clear dish soap. Be sure to blot and never rub.
